What it cannot get in an afternoon is a domain that stays paid, hosting that stays up, a site that loads on a phone on mobile data, a way to answer the enquiries it brings in, and someone to call when it breaks. The hosting and the domain
We register the domain and set up hosting and email on accounts in your name, with the renewals, the passwords and the access written down and handed to you. Nothing sits on our accounts; nothing goes dark because a card expired on someone else's side.

A front desk that answers
The desk you can talk to on this site can sit on yours. It answers questions in your name from your own facts and your own price list, takes the enquiry, sends you every conversation, and hands a serious customer to you. A form waits for you; this answers at eleven at night.

No theme, no page builder, no content management system that needs updates and plugins and breaks the week you are busy. The pages are built as plain, fast files from the reference you chose, measured against it in numbers, and changed by us when you need them changed.

- An enquiry route that reaches you. The desk, a form or a WhatsApp link, agreed and measured.
- Launch film. When the site is live we can film it working, in a phone cut and a widescreen cut, for a launch post or a pitch.

What is in and what is scoped separately
Clear scope before a line is written.
We send a written scope before production: what will be built, the source facts, the deliverables, the exclusions, the formats, the included rounds of changes, your responsibilities and the point of acceptance. Approval attaches to that version, and production starts on your yes.
- Included. Custom websites and landing pages; the domain, hosting, deployment and maintenance support, with handover.
- Scoped per engagement. The front desk on your site, application interface design, and packaging an existing app to work offline.
- Yours. Your domain, your hosting account, your analytics, your access. We never host a client's production on our own accounts.
- After launch. Corrections of our own defects are free. A new request is scoped separately.
