Training · at your workplace, or for you

Training your team can put to work.

Gondo Creative Studios trains corporate teams, professionals and individuals in Harare, Zimbabwe, at their own workplace: the design software the studio works in every day, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, and practical AI for the AI era, for business and for professional development. We come to you, we teach from your real tasks, and you keep the methods and the files we build together.

What we teach

Two subject families, taught by people who do the work every day.

Our own studio runs on these tools: brand identity, motion and websites, and the practical AI behind our own work. Our founder lectured creative software before the studio existed and has taught all three applications. We teach what we use, in the order a working team needs it.

  1. 01

Design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects, taught through real jobs: image work and retouching, graphic design, motion graphics, social media design, marketing design and digital design. Your team works on files like the ones they will actually make.

  2. 02

    Practical AI for business

For corporate teams: how to choose the tasks worth handing to an assistant, how to write a brief and a prompt that gets a usable result, how to check the work before it goes anywhere, and how to build simple repeatable workflows around the tools your business already has.

  3. 03

    Practical AI for professional development

For professionals and individuals who want to work well in the AI era: the habits, the judgement and the practice to use these tools in your own role, taught in small groups or one to one, at your workplace or ours.

  4. 04

    How a session runs

At your workplace, on your own machines where possible. We agree the scope and the outcomes in writing before the first session, and your team keeps what we build together. Where it is scoped, notes and exercise files stay with you.

What we teach from

The same tools, the same judgement, on work that shipped.

The exercises come from the kind of work the studio makes every week in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects: identities, screen loops, retouched product shots and campaign artwork. Each frame is labelled as what it is; no client is named in a caption.

Who it is for

Teams that make the work in house, and people who want to work well in the AI era.

Marketing, communications, design and operations teams in Harare and across Zimbabwe who produce their own artwork, screens and documents; professionals and individuals who want AI to work for them in their own role; and leaders who want their people to use AI with judgement rather than hope.

  • Grounded. Every exercise comes from a real task your team already has on its desk.
  • Honest. We say what a tool can do and what it cannot. No hype, no shortcuts that break later.
  • Yours to keep. The methods, the files and the habits stay with your team after we leave.

How it starts

Tell us the team or the person, the subject and the dates you have in mind.

Training is priced by proposal, because a two day Illustrator course for a design team, a Photoshop afternoon for a marketing team and a half day on practical AI for a leadership team are different jobs. We reply from the studio with a written scope: what we will cover, who it is for, what your team needs on the day, and what they will be able to do afterwards.

Ask for a training proposal
  • Where. At your workplace in Harare, and by arrangement elsewhere in Zimbabwe. Individuals and small groups can also be taught at the studio.
  • What you supply. A room, your team, and the machines and licences they already use.
  • What we supply. The facilitator, the course outline, the exercises and the follow-up notes where scoped.
  • What we never do. Promise an outcome, name a client without consent, or teach a tool we do not use ourselves.
